Place trays in mouth for 30 minutes.

Place a small amount of Opalescence on each tooth cell. Only whiten the “facial” side of the teeth, the portion you see when you smile. **Fillings and crowns will not change color! |

After tray removal, brush away remaining whitening gel from teeth and trays. |

| Everyone’s teeth brighten at different levels over varying periods of time. Usually, if trays are worn everyday for 30 minutes, you will notice brightened teeth in 2-3 weeks. |  |

Keep trays and whitening solutions away from direct sunlight and heat. |
| Refrigerate unused whitening gel until needed for future touch-ups |  |

Coffee, tea, red wine, dark sodas, smoking, ect will cause teeth to stain more quickly and “touch ups” may be needed more often. Usually, a touch-up requires wearing the trays approximately 2-3 times to brighten to desired shade every 1-2 years. |
| To help combat cold sensitivity and produce whitening results that may last longer, you may want to brush or rinse with a prescription strength fluoride. |  |
