Whitening Home Care Tips and Information |

Coffee, tea, red wine, dark sodas, smoking, ect will cause teeth to stain more quickly and “touch ups” may be needed more often. Usually, a touch-up requires wearing the trays approximately 2-3 times to brighten to desired shade every 1-2 years. |
| To help combat cold sensitivity and produce whitening results that may last longer, you may want to brush or rinse with a prescription strength fluoride. | ![]() |
