Tooth Extraction

A surgical extraction is when the dentist needs to cut the gums and tissue surrounding the tooth in order to remove it.

Wisdom Teeth Removal

Your wisdom teeth are the teeth farthest in the back of your mouth, located in the upper and lower jaw; and dentists refer to them as 3rd molars. In many cases, the jaw is simply not large enough to accommodate the extra teeth, and they may become impacted, meaning they remain under the gum.
