What does your training program look like?
We have a lot of really wonderful mentors here at Klement Family Dental. All new team members will be paired up with one of our mentors. Your mentor will guide and coach you along the way.
What does your interview process look like?
When we are looking to bring candidates on to our team it is very important that we find that Win/Win relationship. We want to ensure that it is a win for the practice, and just as much of a win for the individual joining our team. We will spend a few hours getting to know each other, and provide the candidate with a tour of the office and the ability to meet several different team members.
