Overview of Position:

In conjunction with the Board of Directors, the Chief Executive Officer is responsible for creating and communicating the Company’s Vision, Mission, and overall Direction.  The CEO is responsible for leading the development and execution of the Company’s long-term strategy…with a focus on: building loyalty, delighting patients, creating a safe and positive work environment for doctors and team members, and generating profits for stability and growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Demonstrates leadership through vision, collaboration, engagement, and results
• Acts as a Brand and Culture Ambassador both within the organization and the community in which the company serves
• Provides inspired leadership company wide
• Works effectively with the Board of Directors to support the vision, mission and long-term strategic plan for the company.
• Implement high quality, scalable, business strategies to ensure the short-term goals fulfill the long-term objectives of the company
• Oversees the company’s fiscal activity, including budgeting, reporting, forecasting, and auditing
• Develops and implements operational policies in alignment with the strategic plan and company goals
• Assures all legal and regulatory documents are filed and monitored to ensure compliance with laws and regulations including: OSHA, CDC, HIPPA, and labor laws
• Enforce adherence to legal guidelines and in-house policies to maintain company’s business ethics
• Performs any other projects or duties as recommended by the Board of Directors
